- Assist in implementing and maintaining NABH standards and hospital quality protocols.
- Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related documents, SOPs, policies, and records.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Conduct internal audits and departmental inspections as per the quality calendar.
- Maintain records of incidents, near misses, patient complaints, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with HODs and department teams for quality audits, observations, and compliance closure.
