Job Title: Quality Engineer

Department: Quality Control

Job Summary The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, reliability, and performance of electric two-wheelers during the manufacturing and assembly process. The role involves inspecting incoming materials, monitoring assembly-line quality, conducting vehicle inspections, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that finished vehicles meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming materials such as battery packs, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and other components.
- Monitor quality during sub-assembly and main assembly processes.
- Perform final inspection of electric two-wheelers before dispatch.
- Check brakes, lights, indicators, wiring connections, and other vehicle functions.




- Identify defects and coordinate with the Production team for corrective action.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Support 5S activities and continuous quality improvement.
- Investigate customer complaints and assist with warranty-related quality issues.

Qualifications

- Any degree is eligible.
- Experience in quality control or EV manufacturing is preferred.
- Males preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inspection methods, quality tools, and EV components.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
