Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the rubber, tyre, or tube manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, conducting inspections and testing, identifying quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure consistent product quality.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in a relevant manufacturing industry and be willing to work at Sausar, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure product quality at different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Conduct incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Identify defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality inspection reports, testing records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor rejection rates, rework, customer complaints, and product non-conformities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and internal procedures.




- Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to improve manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the rubber, tyre, or tube manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and manufacturing inspection processes.
- Experience in defect identification, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of quality documentation, inspection reports, and testing procedures.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production teams and maintain quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant experience in the rubber, tyre, or tube manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Candidates from unrelated manufacturing industries will not be preferred.
- Must be willing to work at Sausar, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
- Salary budget: Up to 35,000 per month (CTC), depending on experience and suitability.
