We are manufacturing unit for networking products- routers, switches and electronic products. We have job opening in Bhiwandi- Bhumi World for Quality Control.

Job Summary To ensure the quality, reliability and performance of Optilink networking products during the manufacturing and assembly process. The role involves inspecting incoming components, monitoring production quality, conducting functional testing and ensuring that finished products meet defined quality standards before dispatch.

Network Switches Quality Control

- · Perform quality checks on assembled network switches, ONU and other networking products.
- · Verify product assembly, screw fitting, connector alignment, casing, ports, LEDs and overall physical appearance.
- · Conduct functional testing of Ethernet ports, power supply, link connectivity, data transmission and other product-specific parameters.
- · Check basic configuration, firmware loading and device functionality as per the approved testing procedure.
- · Verify that the product meets the defined technical specifications and performance requirements.

Production Line Quality Monitoring

- · Ensure compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
- · Identify recurring defects and take timely corrective action in coordination with the production and technical teams.
- · Monitor rework and ensure defective products are retested before approval.
- · Prevent defective or non-conforming products from moving to the next production stage.

Final Quality Inspection

- · Perform final inspection and functional testing before products are packed and dispatched.
- · Verify product labels, serial numbers, model numbers, accessories, packaging and product-specific requirements.




- · Maintain records of accepted, rejected, reworked and retested units.
- · Ensure only quality-approved products are released for dispatch.

Documentation and Reporting

- · Maintain incoming inspection reports, in-process QC reports and final inspection records.
- · Prepare daily quality reports covering production quantity, rejection rate, defects and rework.
- · Record defect trends and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- · Report major quality issues to the reporting manager and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- · Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies

- · Knowledge of PCB inspection, electronic components and basic electronics.
- · Understanding of networking hardware.
- · Ability to use a multimeter, testing equipment and basic electronic diagnostic tools.
- · Knowledge of functional testing, troubleshooting and defect identification.
- . Good observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Ability to maintain quality records and prepare Excel-based reports.
- · Strong coordination with production, engineering and technical teams.

Educational Qualification

- · Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering; alternatively, a relevant technical qualification.
- · A diploma or degree in Electronics / ECE is preferred.

Experience · 1–3 years of experience in QC, testing or production of PCBs, routers, switches, networking equipment or electronic products.

· Freshers with strong practical knowledge of electronics and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
