Jewelry Industry Background Preferred

Job Requirement:

Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists, and inspection parameters for raw materials and final jewelry.

Oversee inspections across all manufacturing steps, including CAD design verification, casting, filing, stone setting, polishing, and plating.

Monitor rejection rates, investigate root causes for flaws, and collaborate with production teams and karigars (artisans) to fix errors and prevent rework.

- Material Evaluation: Test and approve incoming precious metals, diamonds, and colored gemstones for authenticity, grade, and durability.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry rules and hallmarking standards (such as BIS), maintaining detailed inspection logs and quality reports.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train,



and manage QC staff to maintain consistent luxury standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality control or manufacturing within the gems and jewelry sector.

Knowledge of jewelry fabrication, diamond grading, setting accuracy, and the ability to read CAD drawings or design files.

Robust analytical capabilities, leadership, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving communication.

Salary not a Constraint for a Right Candidate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
