⚠️ SIGNIFICANT: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH 5–8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE TUBE FITTINGS / INSTRUMENTATION VALVES INDUSTRY SHOULD APPLY. EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD IS MANDATORY.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of relevant QA/QC experience in tube fittings and instrumentation valves manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete material traceability and verification of MTCs as per EN 10204 Type 3.1 / 3.2.
- Handling TPI inspections, customer inspections, and quality audits.
- Preparation of quality documentation, inspection reports, and test certificates.
- Knowledge of type testing as per ASTM F1387 and MSS SP-99.




- Knowledge of Shell TAT testing for DBB and monoflange valves.
- Client approval and documentation requirements for EIL, ADNOC, KOC, KNPC, and other reputed organizations.
- IBR documentation preparation and coordination of IBR inspections with TPI agencies.
- Incoming material inspection and operation of UT testing equipment.
- Coordination and review of NDT activities, including UT and RT.
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of tube fittings and instrumentation valves.
- Practical experience in quality control, inspection, and material traceability.
- Knowledge of industry standards, customer approvals, and quality documentation.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.
