Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Quality Control role based in Nagpur. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting routine inspections and tests on materials and finished products, and documenting quality results in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities include implementing QA/QC procedures, supporting compliance with internal and external quality requirements, and assisting in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformities. The professional in this role will collaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure adherence to specifications, Good Manufacturing Practice, and continuous improvement in product consistency and reliability. The position also requires maintaining accurate records,



preparing quality reports, and supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to apply testing methods and inspection standards effectively.
- Experience with Quality Management practices, including documentation, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the capability to implement GMP guidelines in daily plant operations.
- Exposure to Quality Auditing, including participation in internal audits, readiness for external audits, and follow-up on audit findings.
- Relevant technical or engineering degree/diploma (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and records.
- Familiarity with quality tools and basic statistical techniques for process monitoring (e.g., checklists, control charts, sampling plans).
- Ability to work on-site in an industrial workplace, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow safety and compliance standards.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in using standard office and reporting software; experience in cement or construction materials is an advantage.
