About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple SaaS products. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define QA strategy, manage a team of 8–12 QA engineers, oversee multiple projects, and ensure product release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement QA strategy across multiple products.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–12 QA engineers.
- Oversee manual, automation, and performance testing.
- Manage release readiness, quality standards, and defect prevention.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps leadership.
- Drive test automation and CI/CD integration.
- Communicate quality risks and release status to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in QA management.
- Proven experience managing a QA team of 8+ members.
- Background in a SaaS, IT,



or technology product company.
- Solid manual testing experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python and Selenium automation.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or K6.
- Experience managing QA across multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration and strong leadership skills.

Compensation & Salary ₹10–15 LPA (approximately ₹83,333–₹1,25,000 per month), depending on experience, team leadership track record, and expertise in manual testing, automation, and performance testing.

Location! Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Preferred: API testing, SQL/database validation, AI product testing, and security testing experience.
