Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control Trainee to join our Quality Department. The candidate will be responsible for supporting quality inspections, product testing, production quality monitoring, and maintaining quality records for electrical products.

Freshers with a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections under supervision.
- Assist in quality testing of switches, sockets, MCBs, distribution boards, and other electrical accessories.
- Check product dimensions, appearance, workmanship, and compliance with approved specifications.
- Assist in maintaining inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
- Identify and report defective products to the Quality Engineer.
- Support production teams in maintaining product quality and reducing rejection.




- Assist in investigating quality problems and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow company quality procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and inspection records.
- Learn applicable BIS/ISI standards and quality control procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good observation, learning ability, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn manufacturing quality processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
