Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site measurements.

- Calculate quantities of materials and construction work items.

- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

- Assist in preparing estimates, rate analysis, and project cost calculations.

- Verify contractor bills, running account bills, and measurement records.

- Coordinate with site teams to confirm actual quantities executed.

- Maintain measurement books, quantity statements, and billing documentation.

- Track variations, additional items, and changes in project scope.

- Assist in monitoring material consumption and identifying cost variations.

- Support reconciliation of quantities and preparation of project reports.

Required Skills

- Understanding of quantity surveying and construction measurements.

- Ability to read civil engineering drawings and specifications.

- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation software is an advantage.

- Solid numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
