- In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards Control for Soil, Aggregates, Sand and construction procedures; expertise in Quality Frequency Test; strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Manage QA/QC documentation, oversee inspections and tests, ensure compliance with project specifications, supervise quality audits, and coordinate material submittals

Role & responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the quality and all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil e.g. Damn, Tunnels, Canals, Roads, Highways, Irrigation etc.

2. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

3. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

4. Review the quality of all materials Specifications i.e., Soil, Aggregates, Sand, Cement, Steel, Concretes, etc. at site.

5. Ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.

6. Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules,



ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

7. Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.

8. Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.

9. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

10. Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to consultant

Preferred candidate profile

- Must have in-depth knowledge of Quality Standards Control into Soil, Aggregates, Sand etc. & other Procedures in Construction Industry.

- Good knowledge in Quality Frequency Test.

- Should be proactive and able to work independently.

- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Robust Leadership and team Management skills.
