Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Qc Fresher role based at the Una plant.

The Qc

Fresher will assist in conducting routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities include preparing and labeling samples, following standard testing procedures, recording results accurately, and reporting any deviations to the quality supervisor. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in the laboratory, supporting documentation for quality records, and collaborating with production staff to help ensure product consistency.

Fresher will learn and follow established quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to aroma chemical manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of chemistry or chemical engineering, preferably with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc. Chemistry or related field).
- Ability to perform basic laboratory work, including handling chemicals safely, preparing samples, and following test procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting test results, maintaining records, and following standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to learn quality control methods for aroma chemicals and to follow guidance from senior QC staff.
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and readiness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment in Una.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation; familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams.
- Knowledge of safety practices in chemical plants and laboratories; prior internship or project experience in a chemical industry setting is a plus.
