Job Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology or relevant Life Science field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Food Microbiology or Food Industry QC Laboratory is mandatory.
- Candidates must have practical experience in microbiological testing in a food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products and water samples.
- Conduct TPC, Yeast & Mold, Coliform and other relevant microbiological tests.
- Handle media preparation, sterilization, incubation and culture handling.
- Perform environmental monitoring and swab testing.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP,



HACCP and food safety standards.
- Maintain laboratory hygiene and proper disposal of microbiological waste.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of food microbiology testing.
- Experience in food industry QC lab procedures.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.

Note: Candidates without relevant Food Microbiology or Food Industry QC Lab experience will not be considered. Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary and notice period.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
