- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and bought-out parts as per defined quality standards.

- Conduct in-process inspection of motor winding, rotor, stator, shaft, body, assembly, and other critical components.

- Inspect submersible pumps and motors for dimensional accuracy, assembly quality, and workmanship.

- Perform electrical and functional tests, including insulation resistance, continuity, and high-voltage tests, as per approved procedures and authorization.

- Conduct performance testing of pumps, including flow rate, head, current, voltage, and power consumption, as applicable.

- Identify, record, and report quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities.

- Segregate rejected materials and coordinate with Production and QC teams for corrective action.

- Maintain inspection reports, test records,



rejection reports, and quality documentation.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, inspection plans, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.

- Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Monitor product quality during production and final inspection before dispatch.

- Maintain calibration status and proper handling of inspection instruments and testing equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
