v To maintain the Quality Control records for appropriate time.

v To prepare the Quality Control specifications for Raw material, Packing material, In-process material, for bulk & Finished products.

v To implement the Quality Control Department calibration program with the help of the Quality Assurance department.

v To carry out the testing of the stability samples.

v To conduct the testing of the process validation & cleaning validation samples.

v To prepare and perform the Analytical Method Validation with the help of Quality Assurance department.

v To maintain the control samples of all Raw materials & Finished goods.

v To implement the Good Laboratory Practices in the Quality Control department.

v To carry out the testing of market complaints samples & also help Quality Assurance department for the investigation of the same.





v To maintain the RS/WS & impurity standard records.

v To help Quality Assurance for investigation of Out of Specification & Out Of Trend.

v To implement the practices of Analyst Qualification.

v To monitor sample analysis carried out at public laboratories.

v To perform and check the maintenance of the department and equipment.

v To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of quality control personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.

v Determination of corrective and preventive actions and their implementation.

v The monitoring and control of the manufacturing and quality control environment.
