Responsibilities:

- Ability to identify the scope and E2E testing scope.
- Ability to write TCs, test execution, follow JIRA lifecycle and automate the test scenarios.
- Improve overall test coverage, defect detection, efficiency of regression, end-to-end testing using automation.
- Collaborate with Development, testing team and Support teams to clarify specs, raise issues/concerns and identify risks throughout the software development life cycle.
- Develop robust test scripts and maintain automation suites to support rapid software releases.
- Create reports (daily status reports and weekly reports) showing testing progress and blockers.
- Understand and analyze Business, Functional, Technical and UI (User Interface) requirements of the project/release.
- Responsible for overall adherence to QA automation and Testing Protocol and processes.
- Investigate production issues by recreating in test environments, working with development for resolution and coordinating with Support for release.
- Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical way; recognizes audience diversity.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior,



conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

- Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in QA Automation role.
- 2-5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks / tools like Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Junit, Cypress , etc.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Robust programming skills in Java, Python or any other programming or scripting language.
- Expertise in SQL.
- Experience in BDD/TDD framework development.
- Expertise in build tools like Maven / Gradle, continuous integration tools like Jenkins, source management tools like Git/GitHub.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Good to have exposure to non-functional testing - Recovery, SQL, JIRA, Python etc.
- Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

- Understanding of Quality Processes
- Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem-solving Proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing concepts such as self-healing locators, visual comparison
- Basic ability to craft effective prompts for AI models to generate desired testing artifacts
