Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated QA & Project Coordinator with 0–2 years of experience to support software testing and project coordination activities. The candidate will work closely with QA, Development, Product teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. QA & Testing

- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Prepare and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
- Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Communicate testing status, issues, and blockers to the team.

1. Project Coordination

- Track project tasks and their progress in Jira.
- Participate in daily Scrum and other project meetings.




- Follow up on assigned tasks and pending activities.
- Track sprint activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Identify and communicate project blockers and dependencies.
- Support sprint planning and release activities.
- Prepare basic project status updates and reports.
- Coordinate with QA, Development, Product, and other teams.

1. Documentation & Communication

- Maintain QA and project-related documentation.
- Ensure Jira tasks are updated with the latest status.
- Communicate task progress and testing updates to relevant team members.
- Follow up with team members on pending activities.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and action items.

Required Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in QA, software testing, project coordination, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Knowledge of manual software testing.
- Basic knowledge of API testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar task management tools.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
