Test Engineer About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Test Engineer with a strong software development background and expertise in test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application development and be capable of building scalable automation frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications. This role requires a developer mindset with a passion for quality engineering and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.

- Create and execute test scripts using Selenium and Appium.

- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Identify, document, track, and validate defects throughout the development lifecycle.

- Develop reusable testing utilities and contribute to automation best practices.

- Validate application performance, stability,



and user experience across multiple platforms and devices.

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support release activities.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or SDET roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium for test automation.

- Solid application development experience with strong programming skills in C#, Node.js, or React.js .

- Good understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and development best practices.

- Experience in API testing, database validation, and debugging complex application issues.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
