Role Summary

- Designs, implements, and maintains robust automated test suites to ensure high software quality, regression coverage, and performance reliability across releases.

- Collaborates with developers, product owners, and DevOps to embed automated testing into Agile development cycles and continuous integration pipelines.

Core Tech Requirements (Automation / Playwright)

- Extensive hands-on experience building and scaling UI and end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.

- Solid expertise in automated API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright API testing) and database validation using SQL.

- Solid experience integrating automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines with detailed test reporting and parallel execution.

- Proven track record implementing Page Object Models (POM), data-driven testing strategies, and cross-browser/cross-platform test suites.

AI & Modern Tooling Requirements (Claude / Copilot)

- Designs automated test suites against Claude CLI tooling and Copilot outputs using synthetic datasets and rubric-based scoring.

- Continuously validates safety alignment, and prompt regression across production releases.
