Salary

2–7 LPA (per annum), including PF and other applicable benefits for experienced candidates and will be determined based on their current salary and relevant experience.

We are looking for a QA Assistant Manager to lead our quality team day to day. You will supervise the QA Executives, keep work on schedule and compliant, and be the link between QA, the laboratory and management.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day QA department activities and work allocation.
- Supervise, guide and develop QA team members.
- Ensure work is completed on time and in line with SOPs and quality systems.
- Prepare and review quality reports, SOPs and controlled documents.
- Approve deviations, CAPA and change controls within delegated authority.




- Coordinate with laboratory, stores, purchase and other departments.
- Lead preparation for internal, customer and regulatory audits.
- Support management in achieving quality and business targets.

What we are looking for

- 5+ years in QA within pharma, biotech, diagnostics or IVD, including team supervision.
- Strong command of QMS elements: deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, audits.
- Knowledge of GMP / GLP; ISO 13485 or CDSCO medical device rules preferred.
- Transparent communicator who can work across departments.
