Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Python Django Developer with 2-4 years of experience to design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python and Django, experience in building REST APIs, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal applications and third-party services.
- Develop efficient backend logic, database models, and application architecture.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL to optimize queries and performance.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application deployment activities.
- Implement security best practices, authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Maintain existing applications and continuously improve their performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 24 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software development principles.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, API security, and application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
