We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage purchasing operations, supplier relationships, price negotiations, inventory requirements, and procurement reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to support data-driven purchasing decisions.

Experience in sourcing mobile phone spare parts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities according to business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Source products from domestic and international markets to ensure competitive pricing and consistent availability.
- Request and compare supplier quotations to determine the best combination of price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
- Create, process, and track purchase orders from order placement through delivery.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, sales, finance, and management teams to identify purchasing requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and product demand to plan replenishment and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, product costs, purchase orders, and delivery status.
- Track supplier performance regarding product quality, pricing, delivery commitments, and order accuracy.
- Resolve purchasing issues related to delayed deliveries, incorrect quantities,



defective products, replacements, and supplier claims.
- Research market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved purchasing terms.
- Analyze purchasing data and prepare regular reports for management.
- Use advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets, compare supplier prices, monitor purchasing trends, and support procurement planning.
- Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems.
- Develop alternative suppliers to reduce dependency on individual vendors and improve product availability.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, and budget requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Experience comparing quotations, analyzing costs, and negotiating favorable commercial terms.
- Good understanding of purchase orders, supplier payments, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make purchasing decisions based on data.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or procurement software.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail in pricing, quantities, product specifications, and documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Advanced Excel SkillsCandidates must be comfortable using Excel for purchasing analysis and reporting, including:
- PivotTables and PivotCharts
- XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
- SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, and other conditional formulas
- Data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and duplicate identification
- Supplier quotation comparison and price benchmarking
- Purchase history and inventory analysis
- Purchase cost calculations and cost-saving reports
- Conditional formatting and data validation
- Preparing management reports and purchasing dashboards
- Power Query knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- Experience sourcing mobile phone spare parts, accessories, or electronic components will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of mobile phone parts suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, or distributors.
- Experience with domestic and international sourcing.
- Understanding of import procedures, freight costs, shipping terms, and landed-cost calculations.
- Experience in inventory forecasting, stock replenishment, and supplier performance analysis.

Note: Mobile phone parts sourcing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong purchasing experience and advanced Excel skills are encouraged to apply. Employment Details
