Role Description This full-time, on-site Purchasing Executive role is based in unjha (Gujarat) and focuses on managing end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for organic agricultural products and related materials.

Responsibilities include reviewing and processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, maintaining vendor records, and monitoring order status to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for material requirements, negotiating with suppliers within defined guidelines,



and supporting cost-effective purchasing decisions aligned with quality and sustainability standards.

The Purchasing

Executive will also assist in inventory level monitoring, documentation and compliance, and continuous improvement of purchasing processes to support smooth operations and reliable supply chains.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate and timely order processing.
- Candidates should possess effective Purchase Management and Procurement skills to handle vendor coordination and sourcing activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in agriculture, food, or FMCG sectors.
- Working knowledge of ERP or purchasing software, basic data analysis, and MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
