Job Title: Purchase Incharge

Location: Ariyamangalam, Trichy

Experience: 2-5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase In-charge to manage and oversee the procurement process within our food-based industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely purchase of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies necessary for the company's operations.

The Purchase

Incharge will liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, quantity, and cost-efficiency.

:

- Procurement Management: Source and order materials (raw materials, ingredients, packaging, etc.) based on company needs.
- Follow-up and Coordination: connect with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and address discrepancies.




- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages, ensure productive inventory management.
- Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of all purchases, deliveries, and inventory status.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchased goods meet company quality standards and legal requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
