Clinikally is a digital healthcare and e-commerce platform focused on dermatology, skincare, haircare, and wellness products. We aim to make expert-recommended healthcare products accessible through a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, procurement dashboards, and purchase trackers.

- Analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, and procurement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, pricing, and vendor details.

- Develop and update Excel-based reports and Power BI dashboards for procurement performance tracking.

- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

- Monitor pending orders, stock availability, delivery timelines, and procurement discrepancies.

- Support vendor negotiations,



pricing comparisons, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of procurement reports.

Key Skills Required

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).

- MIS Reporting and Dashboard Management.

- Working knowledge of Power BI.

- Purchase Order (PO) Management.

- Vendor and Supplier Coordination.

- Procurement Reporting and Documentation.

- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, MIS, or supply chain operations.

- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or healthcare procurement will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
