Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Public Relations professional to strengthen Sugee Groups brand presence, enhance corporate reputation, and drive media visibility for the company and its real estate projects. The role will involve managing media relations, developing PR strategies, coordinating project communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across external platforms.

A. Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, publications, and media agencies across real estate, business, financial, and lifestyle segments.
- PR Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute PR plans to enhance brand visibility, corporate credibility, and awareness of the companys projects.
- Content Development: Draft and coordinate press releases, media announcements, leadership quotes, interviews, articles, and other corporate communication materials.
- Project Launches & Events: Manage PR activities for recent project launches, project milestones, press meets, media interactions, and other corporate events.
- Leadership Profiling:



Identify opportunities to position senior management as industry thought leaders through interviews, articles, expert opinions, and media interactions.
- Brand Reputation Management: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, address negative publicity, and coordinate communication during sensitive situations.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with external PR agencies, media partners, and internal marketing teams to ensure timely execution of PR initiatives.
- Integrated Communications: Coordinate with digital marketing and creative teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging across media and digital platforms.
- Media Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, prepare press clippings and coverage reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of PR activities.

Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior Experience

- 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, luxury brands, or a PR agency handling real estate clients will be preferred.
