Role Description The PSM/ASM (Udaipur) role at Hepo India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad, with responsibility for managing and developing sales operations for the Udaipur region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s range of furniture fittings, screws, and fasteners.

The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and reporting performance and insights to senior management.



The PSM/ASM will coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. Regular field visits, territory planning, and participation in promotional activities and trade events are integral to the position.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and customer relationship building.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on clear, professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, visits, and reporting responsibilities.
- Experience in the hardware, furniture fittings, or fasteners industry is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and conduct regular field visits.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
