Role Purpose

Develop compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, DPRs and presentations that translate social-impact ideas and government priorities into fundable projects for corporates, PSUs and foundations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop CSR proposals, concept notes, DPRs and project briefs.
- Conduct secondary research and use credible data to establish project needs and impact.
- Structure project objectives, activities, outcomes, impact indicators and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with program and finance teams for project planning, budgets and costing.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and corporate proposals.
- Customize proposals for CSR partners, PSUs, foundations, RFPs and grant applications.
- Support due-diligence documentation and maintain organisational credentials and proposal repositories.
- Manage multiple deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, Communications, Management or a related field.
- Strong English writing, editing,



research and analytical skills.
- Experience in proposal writing, grant writing or development-sector documentation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to convert complex information into clear, structured and persuasive documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred: Experience in CSR proposal writing, RFPs/EOIs/DPRs, Schedule VII of the Companies Act, and corporate/PSU due-diligence documentation. Exposure to healthcare, education, livelihoods, infrastructure, environment or community development is an advantage.
