Job Summary

Hitech Controls is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our team. The candidate will assist in preparing technical and commercial quotations, cost estimations, tender documents, and proposals for industrial automation and instrumentation projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their careers in technical sales, estimation, and proposal engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial quotations for automation and instrumentation products.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and proposals.
- Review customer inquiries and understand technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and technical teams to collect pricing and technical information.
- Prepare tender documents and other technical documentation.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain quotation records.
- Work with MS Excel and MS Office for estimation, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria




- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is required.
- Good communication, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Willingness to learn technical estimation and proposal preparation.
