Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance operations, including personal and commercial lines.
- Manage insurance policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and policy documentation.
- Support claims processing, claims status updates, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Review insurance documents and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle customer, client, and stakeholder queries related to policies, coverage, and claims.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, insurance procedures, and quality standards.




- Maintain accurate records and meet process productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve process-related issues, and escalate complex cases when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate with 3 to 8.5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance is preferred.
- Knowledge of policy servicing, claims handling, underwriting support, or insurance operations.
- Robust communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
