Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Property Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will coordinate with clients, understand their property requirements, identify suitable properties, build strong client relationships, and manage the process through successful property onboarding and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to understand their property requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and expectations.
- Work closely with property buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups, builders, and property owners.
- Identify suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Connect clients with relevant property owners, builders, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and property partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and coordinate property visits and meetings.
- Collect property details and support the onboarding of suitable properties into the company’s network.
- Negotiate and coordinate between buyers, sellers, owners,



and other parties to facilitate transactions.
- Manage client requirements from the initial discussion to successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate client information, property details, and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned targets related to property onboarding, client servicing, and successful closures.

Requirements
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel across different locations in Bengaluru for property visits and client meetings.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru locations and the real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant communication and sales skills may also apply.
