Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Property Advisor to understand client requirements, recommend suitable property options, and coordinate with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups, and builders. The candidate will play an key role in property sourcing, client relationship management, and successful property onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, budget, and location.
- Work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups, and real estate builders.
- Identify suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners and builders to collect property details, pricing, availability, and other relevant information.
- Suggest appropriate property options and share relevant details with clients.




- Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings between clients and property owners.
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders to maintain smooth communication throughout the process.
- Collect and verify basic property information required for onboarding.
- Maintain records of client requirements, property details, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support successful property onboarding and business development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, client servicing, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for property visits and client meetings.
- Kannada language proficiency is preferred.
- A proactive attitude and a client-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed salary between ₹20,000 and ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
