Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Management Trainee – Operations to support client happiness, feedback management, daily operations, and coordination with parents, students, and trainers. The role involves ensuring a positive client experience, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Happiness & Relationship Management

- Conduct client happiness calls and collect feedback.
- Collect client reviews and testimonials.
- Identify client concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain feedback and concern records.
- Prepare client satisfaction reports and share key insights with management.

Operations & Coordination

- Support daily operational activities and coordination.
- Communicate with parents regarding updates, concerns, and requirements.
- Assist in allocating trainers based on student needs.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams.
- Assist with fee collection and trainer payment processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student and trainer records.
- Monitor student attendance and trainer performance.
- Prepare daily activity and operational reports.
- Support the resolution of client and operational concerns.




- Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Eligibility / Qualification
- Candidates with a background in Psychology or Social Work are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills can apply.

Duration & Stipend
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend - First 3 Months: ₹3,500 per month
- Stipend - Next 3 Months: ₹6,000 per month, subject to monthly performance review.

Career Opportunity: After completing six months, candidates may be considered for regular employment based on performance, organizational requirements, and available vacancies. Regular employment is not guaranteed.

Work Details

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Weekly Off: Second Saturday and Sunday
