Role: Project Manager

Location: Bavdhan, Pune (Hybrid 2/3 Days WFO)

work timings: 6.30PM to 3.30AM IST

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong background in Project management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Strong English Communication skills (Written/Verbal)
- Should have valuable understanding of Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (MS-PPM)
- MS Project tools MS Project, Smartsheet
- Outstanding working knowledge of Power BI and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PM should be solution provider to help teams to remove impediment and execution of the projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams




- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce projects reports for management and stakeholders
- SPOC, schedule meetings, and weekly status updates for project stakeholders
- Update Project plan, Status reports, Issue register, and Risk register
- Publish weekly status and Manage PMO repositories (SharePoint, Teams sites) to ensure all documents are correctly getting updated
- Should have experience on cloud technologies like AZURE, AWS, GCP

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.

Desirable:
- Had experience working in IT organizations
- PMP Certification
- Agile/Scrum Certification
