Specmax has extensive experience in planning, execution, and commissioning of chemical, slurry, and gas systems for semiconductor facilities.

Over seven years of operation, the company has successfully delivered numerous projects and offers cost-effective design, calculations, drawings, fabrication, and installation services for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination for engineering projects in semiconductor and related industries.

The Project

Manager will monitor progress, manage risks, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with expediting, logistics, and inspection teams to meet project timelines and budgets.





Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, documentation of project status, alignment with safety and regulatory requirements, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure successful commissioning and handover of systems.

Qualifications

- Experience in project coordination and leadership, including Project Management and Expediting activities.
- Hands-on skills as an Expeditor, with knowledge of Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Background in Inspection and quality control for engineering projects and industrial installations.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for planning, tracking, and optimizing movement of equipment and materials.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in semiconductor, petrochemical, or process industry projects is highly beneficial.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with scheduling software is an advantage.
