Job Summary

Parth Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute real estate and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, and construction quality.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
- Track project costs, budgets, and expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.




- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Additional project management qualifications will be an advantage.

Required Experience & Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and execution.
- Experience in managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Solid knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with relevant real estate and construction project management experience.
- Candidates with a proven track record of completing projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Candidates who can independently manage project teams and coordinate with senior management.
