Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager for the TSP Solar industry to manage multiple sites, coordinate with clients, handle site teams, and ensure timely execution of solar projects. The candidate should have strong team management, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills and be willing to travel and work across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor multiple solar project sites simultaneously.
- Handle site supervisors, engineers, technicians, and other field staff.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, TSP teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site reports, work updates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate material procurement, dispatch, and delivery to project sites.
- Identify site-level issues and resolve them promptly to avoid work delays.
- Monitor project timelines, productivity, and team performance.
- Ensure proper completion of site work, inspections,



snag rectification, and handover.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in solar projects, TSP operations, telecom infrastructure, or electrical/civil site execution.
- Experience in handling multiple sites and managing field teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of site safety, quality control, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple project locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- A result-oriented professional who can independently manage site operations.
- Capable of handling manpower, materials, deadlines, and client escalations.
- Comfortable coordinating with office teams and field teams.
- Ready to travel and manage projects across different locations.
