Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Balrampur, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that support the school’s operational and academic initiatives. This role involves coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets; monitoring project progress; and ensuring milestones are met in alignment with organizational goals.

The Project

Manager will collaborate with teachers, administrative staff, vendors, and external partners to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. Daily tasks include preparing reports, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and implementing improvements to logistics, procurement, and inspection workflows.



The role also requires maintaining compliance with relevant policies, documenting project outcomes, and supporting continuous development of systems that enhance the school’s effectiveness.

Qualifications and experience

- Ability to manage end-to-end Project Management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Skills in Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms).
- Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Social work and Education or a related field; with relevant experience including CSR projects of reputed organization.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a school environment, with adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
