About The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-site initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders and drive successful project execution across diverse industries and geographies.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial projects, EPC environments, manufacturing operations, or large-scale project delivery—looking to grow within a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project management: scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, and execution strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment.
- Proactively track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and deliver clear, timely project updates and status reports.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Support governance processes and ensure consistency across project teams and deliverables.
- Drive transparent and effective communication between business units and project stakeholders.
- Lead multiple workstreams concurrently, ensuring integration and timely outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) or an MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, industrial projects, EPC, manufacturing, engineering, or related domains.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven track record managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Self-driven, adaptable,



and capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and availability for extensive travel as required by project demands.
