About JARK Technologies

JARK Technologies builds AI and IoT products. We are a small, senior team, and you will have direct access to our founders and our CTO.

What we are building

We are building a physician-led AI wellness companion. Members talk to an AI companion about their health goals, move through a guided onboarding and a personal journey, and are matched with partner clinics for consultations and follow-up. The platform has a member mobile app, a web portal for partner clinics, and the AI chat and integration services behind them. We are taking it from a validated prototype to a production launch in a HIPAA-regulated setting.

The role

You will own delivery of the product we are building: the plan, the weekly rhythm, the risks and the client communication, so the member app, clinic portal and AI chat reach a production launch on a plan everyone trusts.

What you will own

1. Delivery plan: a launch plan with milestones, dependencies and owners across the app, portal, chat and integrations, kept current and visible to the client.
2. Sprint management: weekly sprint planning, tracking and review in Jira, with a clean epic, task and subtask structure, commitments that match team capacity, and a clear definition of done.
3. Scope and change control: a written launch scope, a change log, and an impact statement on time, cost and risk for every new request before it is accepted.
4. Requirements and acceptance: written acceptance criteria for each module, captured and kept current with the founders, designers, clinicians and engineers, covering every state: loading, empty, error and offline.
5. Risks and dependencies: a live risk and issue log with owners and dates,

covering vendors (such as the SMS provider and partner clinic systems), approvals, hiring and compliance steps.
6. Release management: a release calendar, readiness checks, go or no-go meetings, release notes for every release, and coordination of store submissions.
7. Quality coordination: UAT planning and scheduling, bug triage with severity and owners, and tracking that every fix is retested before it is marked deployed.
8. Client and clinical stakeholders: weekly check-ins, demos of the real build, logged decisions and approvals, and timely follow-up on client sign-offs and clinician reviews.
9. Reporting: weekly status reports, a client-facing Jira dashboard, and progress against the plan and budget.
10. Compliance milestones: tracking consent wording, security reviews, signed vendor agreements and store privacy requirements so they land before the dates that depend on them.

What we are looking for

1. 2-4 years managing software delivery, including at least 1 year on a mobile or consumer product used by real users.
2. A record of running agile sprints and shipping to dates, with robust command of Jira or an equivalent tool.
3. Explicit written communication: status reports, decision logs and meeting notes that people actually read.
4. Experience managing client relationships,

including difficult conversations on scope and dates.
5. Enough technical understanding to read an API contract or architecture note, challenge estimates and spot dependencies.
6. Comfort with risk: raises issues early and brings options, not just problems.
7. Experience coordinating engineers, designers, QA and non-technical stakeholders in one team.
8. Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

1. Health-tech, fintech or insurance experience, and working knowledge of HIPAA.
2. Experience with AI or LLM products, including evaluation and safety review cycles.
3. Partner or vendor integration projects.
4. Release management for iOS and Android apps.
5. A recognized certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM.

How we work

Weekly themed sprints, demos of the real build rather than slides, written decisions, and direct access to the founders and the CTO. Product decisions are made with the founders and the client’s team, and you make sure they are written down and delivered.

What success looks like

1. A launch plan the client trusts, with milestones that hold.
2. A steady weekly rhythm: planning, demo, release notes and status report.
3. Risks raised early with options, and few surprises at UAT.
4. Every approval and decision logged and traceable.
