Role Description:

This is a full time, On-Site role based in NCR for a Project Manager for Technical Due Diligence Services.

The Project

Manager will lead & coordinate TDD Assignments, including planning scopes of work, Managing timelines & overseeing inspection and documentation activities.

The role involves Coordinating with Clients, Consultants, Contractors &

- Various Govt Authorities to gather Project information, Clarify Technical Requirements &
- Ensure Regulatory and contractual compliance.

The Project Manager will review Technical reports, Tender documents &
- Compliance records, Highlighting risks, Deviations &
- Recommendations for improvement.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include Supervising Expediting &
- Logistics activities related to Site visits &
- Inspections,



Maintaining project trackers, Preparing status updates &
- Contributing to continuous improvement of internal Processes and Standards.

Qualifications

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of documents, inspections, and project milestones.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Inspection and quality review within building and construction projects.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Logistics Management for organizing site visits, documentation flows, and resource allocation.
- Relevant academic background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulatory compliance, and technical due diligence in the construction sector.
- Ability to analyze technical documentation, prepare clear reports, and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management and office software tools.
- Prior experience in consultancy or construction project advisory is an advantage.
