Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Pune District.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for workspace design and turnkey solutions, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects meet scope, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing documentation, and conducting inspections to verify compliance with design and technical specifications.





The Project

Manager will also be accountable for risk management, cost control, and reporting project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure on-time delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of inspection processes to verify quality, safety, and adherence to design and technical standards.
- Proficiency in logistics management for coordinating vendors, materials, and site activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience in turnkey solutions, interior fit-outs, or workspace projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; local language skills are an advantage.
