? ? Role: Project Manager – Delivery & Release Management

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive project delivery, release planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance and delivery management skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and business objectives are met.
- Plan and coordinate release schedules, deployment activities, and release readiness.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, operations, and external partners.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, planning sessions, and delivery checkpoints.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Manage escalations and drive resolution of delivery blockers.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, change management,



and release management processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency using automation and AI-enabled tools.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

- 6–8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or release management.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and releases.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Telecom CRM or customer lifecycle transformation experience is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
