Experience - 5-8 Years

Qualification - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

Location - Head Office Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Fire Protection and ELV projects from project initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Fire Fighting Systems and ELV Systems, along with excellent project execution, client coordination, and team management skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage complete project execution from planning to handover.
- Lead Fire Fighting and ELV system installation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution within budget. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Review project drawings, BOQs,



technical specifications, and material requirements.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Manage project documentation, billing coordination, variation orders, and project close out activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely project completion.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Fire Fighting Systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Pump, Foam, Gas Suppression, etc.).
- Experience in ELV Systems such as Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address System (PAS), VESDA, Water Leak Detection (WLD), CCTV, Access Control, and related systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Valuable knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
