Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet scope, quality, time, and budget objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, vendors, contractors,



and logistics teams to expedite material deliveries and resolve operational challenges.

The Project

Manager will also provide regular status updates, manage risks, maintain project documentation, and ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience from project initiation to handover.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in expediting activities, such as Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to keep projects on track.
- Experience with Inspection tasks, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, vendors, and site operations efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in iresidential or design-focused environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
