Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Interior Design to lead and manage end-to-end interior fit-out and design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, client coordination, vendor management, site supervision, budgeting, and timely project delivery while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete lifecycle of interior design and fit-out projects from concept to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee execution quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Handle procurement, vendor negotiations, material planning, and cost control.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management and clients.




- Resolve site-related issues and provide timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Manage project closure activities, snag lists, final inspections, and client handover.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-out, Modular Furniture, Commercial Interiors, Residential Interiors, or Construction Project Management.
- Proven experience handling multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and fit-out processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
