About The Role peopleHum is looking for a Project Manager - Agentic AI with 3+ years of experience to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-led product initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and business teams to build and deploy intelligent, autonomous workflows powered by AI agents. You will be responsible for translating business problems into structured AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring Agentic AI solutions deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI projects, from discovery and planning to deployment and iteration.
- Work with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Translate HR and business workflows into opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligent agent-based experiences.
- Coordinate the development of AI agents capable of executing multi-step workflows, interacting with systems, and assisting users with complex tasks.
- Manage project roadmaps, sprint plans, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and convert business requirements into clear product and technical deliverables.




- Collaborate with AI teams on LLM-powered features, prompt workflows, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and agent orchestration.
- Track AI solution performance using metrics such as task completion, accuracy, adoption, response quality, latency, and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate testing, evaluation, UAT, and production rollout of AI-powered capabilities.
- Identify failure scenarios, edge cases, and operational risks associated with autonomous AI workflows.
- Ensure appropriate human-in-the-loop processes, approval mechanisms, and escalation workflows are built into AI solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation covering workflows, requirements, project decisions, risks, and outcomes.
- Communicate project progress, blockers, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve AI-powered workflows across the peopleHum platform.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, SaaS, Technology, or AI-related projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and business functions.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum project management practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical and product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to define and track project success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, or AI-first SaaS products.
- Experience in HR Tech, HCM, HRMS, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks or concepts such as LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, embeddings, or agent orchestration platforms.
- Experience managing integrations between AI systems and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to AI product experimentation, evaluation frameworks, or model performance monitoring.
- Experience working with international customers or distributed teams.
- PMP, Scrum Master, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.
