About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Project Sales professional with strong knowledge of electrical products and project sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, generating project leads, and achieving sales targets across Central Kerala and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Product Promotion
- Promote and sell electrical products including Wires & Cables, Professional Lighting, Switches, Switchgears, and Fans.
- Conduct regular visits to builders, contractors, commercial establishments, industries, healthcare institutions, educational organizations, and project sites.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors,
institutions, industries, and commercial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with customers and contractors to convert project opportunities into orders.
Business Development
- Identify new project opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Develop and onboard new Project Channel Partners.
- Track upcoming projects and work closely with customers and consultants to secure business.
- Organize factory visits for key customers and support business conversion.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in handling builders, contractors, consultants & institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-management abilities.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
