Minimum Qualification
Graduate DiplomaBachelor of Engineering (BE)
The candidate should have proven range of experience in project management preferably in Defence domain with adequate field experience, with key competencies as follows (not limited to)
- Managing teams across the project execution value chain
- Fault finding, analysis, resolution;
- Analysis and planning of new system integration
- Setting up interface units to establish communication with legacy systems;
- Data analysis of interfaces ATM (STM-1), RS422 / RS232, SDLC, MIL STD 1553B, Ethernet, Synchro and Resolver.
- Understanding of EMI / EMC requirements
- Experience of various Radars, weapons & sensors and System Integration.
- Adaptable to managing change requirements
- Carrying out STW, FATs, Site trials together with OEMs and other associated agencies involved in the project
- Create & maintain Documentation
- Effective communicator with valuable stakeholder management
