Job Title: Project Engineer – Planning & Billing

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai, Mumbai with site travel when necessary

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Planning & Billing to manage project planning, execution coordination, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and billing activities for turnkey EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project schedules, micro-plans, and progress trackers.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Prepare and track client billing documentation based on BOQs, contracts, and project milestones.
- Follow up on bill submission, certification, and payment closure.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Maintain project reports, Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), billing trackers, and documentation.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, contracts,



and work orders to ensure compliance.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in project planning, coordination, execution, or billing.
- Experience in EPC or turnkey projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, micro-planning, resource allocation, and billing.
- Ability to read and interpret BOQs, tenders, contracts, and work orders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
